The IPE Business School Job Placement service accompanies IPE Masters students throughout their careers.
During the classroom period, students are trained to acquire a series of skills that are sought after in the world of work, but which are often lacking in university education. In particular, the main dynamics of a selection process are taught and, through the use of classroom simulations, work is done on both the behavioral and communication aspects necessary for the success of a selection phase. These aspects, although essential for the success of a selection, are those on which a new graduate is less ready at the end of the university course.
The Job Placement service also follows the student throughout his or her professional career by periodically proposing open positions and job opportunities received through the Business School network.
