Governance, President and Chapter: Who does what?
The IPE Alumni Association is led by a transparent and participatory structure, designed to ensure representation, effectiveness, and proximity to the network.
Governance: Board of Directors and President, defining strategic guidelines, approving the budget, coordinating initiatives, and supervising regional and sectoral Chapters. (photo names and master’s)
Regional Chapters: local or international Alumni branches that operate on the ground as the Association’s “operational arm”: they launch local initiatives (meet-ups, local networking, member support in the area), strengthen the IPE brand, and expand the network. (photo names and master’s)
Class President and Vice President: the official representatives of each master’s class for every year.

Events
Alumni Events: the value of opportunities to meet
The IPE Alumni Association is not just a static network: it is a living organization that comes to life through regular and special events, designed to encourage exchange, celebration, and cohesion. Here are some key moments:
A gala evening celebrating professional excellence and the creation of value through the work of a professional who embodies our model: competence, social impact, and entrepreneurial vision. It is a moment of prestige, networking, and pride for the IPE Alumni community.

A convivial event that brings together members, faculty, students, and partners in a spirit of community and celebration. It helps strengthen bonds, share stories, open the network to families, and reinforce the Alumni-IPE identity.

Networking & Community
Level Up → is a management development program, reserved for IPE Alumni, featuring international faculty from the world’s leading institutions.
Across 5 workshops, the program explores and strengthens management development themes that are increasingly vital and decisive for seniority roles in today’s professional world.
An essential path for the manager who never wants to stop growing.
It will also be an opportunity to expand your network with colleagues and professors who share a journey of excellence.
The “A coffee with…” format is an initiative designed to offer valuable meetings and opportunities for exchange between former students and professionals, entrepreneurs, and managers.
These sessions take place as 30-minute webinars during the lunch break, creating the experience of having a virtual coffee with the guest.
An initiative aimed at Master’s students to allow them to meet alumni and discover how the IPE Master has supported them in their professional journey.
During Alumni Days, students have the opportunity to explore the post-master career paths of our alumni, the hard and soft skills needed to grow in their field of interest, how to navigate company changes, how to cultivate a professional network over time, and receive practical advice on interviews, choices, and new challenges.

In addition to major institutional events and professional workshops, the true strength of the IPE Alumni network lies in the simplicity of meeting in person. This is why, in every city — from Naples to London — our Chapters regularly organize Informal Aperitifs designed to facilitate networking in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Why does the Aperitif work?
Breaking the Ice: Forget formalities! A drink and a welcoming environment are ideal for starting spontaneous conversations and truly getting to know your fellow Alumni.
Authentic Networking: These meetings are the perfect place to exchange ideas, discuss job opportunities, or simply share experiences and advice in a genuine way, building relationships that go beyond a single profession.
Ease of Participation: Often organized after working hours, they are easy to fit into even the busiest schedules.

Sport & Team Building
Playful sports moments that promote team spirit and a sense of belonging: for example, the internal five-a-side football tournament among master’s programs. Sport becomes a language of networking and relationships.

A tournament dedicated to Alumni of MBA and Master’s programs, providing an opportunity for informal networking, healthy competition, and sharing experiences.

Why participate?
To meet colleagues and former students from different classes, and expand your professional network.
To stay updated and active within the IPE world, even after completing your studies.
To give visibility to your own career path and to the entire Alumni community.
To contribute actively to the sense of belonging and help the IPE community grow.
One example of how sport becomes a vehicle for social value and visibility:
the event acts as a bridge between Alumni, students, and the local community.

Annual Report
Support the IPE Alumni Association
Support the future born at IPE.
IPE is more than just a place you pass through: it is where you are shaped, where you discover yourself, and where you form lifelong bonds. Every alumnus carries a piece of this place—the intense lessons, the professional opportunities, the deep friendships, and the guidance of professors who believed in you even before you believed in yourself.
Today, you can give back a part of that gift.
Your contribution helps other deserving young people live the same transformative experience that you had.
An act of generosity that becomes a legacy, an open door, a concrete possibility.
With your support, the IPE Alumni Association can:
offer scholarships to brilliant students who otherwise could not afford them
create new educational and cultural initiatives that foster the growth of individuals and professionals
support projects that strengthen the Campuses and our community
Every donation is a “thank you” to the past and a “keep going” for the future.

Your Signature, Their Future: Support Talents with the 5x1000
Shaping the future of the most promising young people is not just a goal; it is a responsibility that IPE Alumni is proud to share with you. With a simple signature, you can transform your tax return into a concrete opportunity for merit and inclusion.
Donate your 5×1000: Fuel the IPE Alumni Fund (FAI)
The IPE Alumni Fund (FAI) is the beating heart of our merit-based support initiatives. It is funded entirely by the generosity of our community and, crucially, by funds raised through the 5×1000.
Your contribution comes at no additional cost to you, but its impact is invaluable: the FAI allows for the awarding of full or partial scholarships to deserving students, granting them access to prestigious IPE Master’s programs.
Why the 5×1000 is Crucial for Us
Breaking Down Economic Barriers: We believe that talent should never be limited by economic conditions. The 5×1000 helps us eliminate financial obstacles, ensuring that the brightest candidates can access the excellence in training they deserve.
Investing in Merit: Every scholarship provided by the FAI is a direct investment in potential. By supporting the FAI, you choose to invest in the preparation, passion, and future of a new generation of leaders.
