IPE Method
IPE Growing Human
All the core values and principles behind the education at IPE Business School are embodied in the IPE Growing Human method, which focuses on the growth of the individual and their human capital even before their professional skills.
The result is a development path that places the student at the center of the IPE experience, offering various soft skills training opportunities. This approach helps students enter the job market with the right mindset, fewer insecurities and anxieties, and stronger public speaking and team-building skills.

Center for Anthropology and Ethics Studies
Building on a model that has been successfully refined over the years, we established the IPE Center for Anthropology and Ethics Studies, a space for research, education, and training in the fields of anthropology and ethics, serving all members of the IPE community: master’s students, faculty, partners, and staff. Its goal is to create a think tank that supports instructors and educators.
The Center’s mission is to foster a space for dialogue and study around the relational identity of the individual, the meaning of work, family, and social life. It aims to offer ethical evaluations of socio-cultural and economic models and systems, focusing on the growth of the person and the development of individual talents.
The IPE Center for Anthropology and Ethics draws inspiration from the principles of Catholic social teaching and the teachings of Saint Josemaría Escrivá, particularly on the value of work as a form of service carried out with professional competence, the meaning of family and human love, and the importance of social life.
