Alberto Ribera
Professor of Managing People in Organisations, IESE Business School; Visiting Professor, IPE

Business School
A medical graduate with a PhD in Economics, Professor Ribera taught Leadership at IESE Business School from 2004 to 2022 in both Master’s and Executive Education programmes, also serving as Academic Director of the Coaching Unit. He has taught for organisations such as Enel, Ferrero, Compagnia di San Paolo, Banco di Napoli, Telecom Italia, Saint-Gobain, Henkel, BBVA, Banco de España, Ernst & Young, Hewlett Packard, BASF, PwC, Shiseido, UNDP, and UNICEF.
He was an Associate Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School and has been invited to teach in over 20 countries. Author or co-author of 9 books and more than 30 business cases, he served as Director General of the Euro-Arab Management School from 1999 to 2003, following a 15-year international career with the European Commission and other multilateral organisations, managing projects in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia.
He currently sits on the Boards of the Institute for University Cooperation (Rome), the Limmat Foundation (Zurich), and IPE Business School (Naples).

With over 30 years of experience in HR, Matilde began her career at the IRI Group and rose through the ranks in one of Italy’s pioneering management consultancy firms, becoming Partner. She has served as evaluator for several municipalities, teaches on HR Master's programmes, and is a contract professor at the University Suor Orsola Benincasa of Naples.

She is a certified ICF Professional Coach and has held fractional leadership roles at Camomilla and De Nigris Group; she is currently Fractional People Director at SMS Engineering.

Re-elected as National President of AIDP in 2024, she is also on the Board of the AIDP Foundation for Work and Sustainability.

Professor in Strategy and Sustainability & School Deputy Director, UCL School of Management
Professor Taticchi teaches strategy and sustainability and is Deputy Director for MBA, Global Engagement and Executive Education at UCL. He has delivered executive education to thousands of managers and Fortune Global 500 executives, and is a sought-after keynote speaker at top academic, governmental, and business events.
His latest book, Corporate Sustainability in Practice, was published in January 2021. He advises a range of organisations on strategy and sustainability and serves on multiple advisory boards. He is also a scientific advisor to Italy’s Ministry for Ecological Transition.

As founder and CEO of The Sondergaard Group, he provides strategic consultancy to multinationals on digital transformation and go-to-market strategies.

He chairs the boards of AI firm DI2X and DecideAct, a strategy execution software company. An international authority on digital transformation, he collaborates with The New York Times, Financial Times, The Economist, CNBC, and more. A graduate in Computer Science with distinction, with postgraduate studies in psychiatry and an Executive MBA from McKinsey, Andrea specialises in leadership, talent development, and innovation.

He founded tin.it (later part of Telecom Italia) and led Tilab, the group’s research and venture capital unit. He has served on the evaluation committee of the CNR and the boards of WWF Italy and the Domus Academy.

He writes extensively on digital transformation and curated the "Communication Technologies" entry for the Treccani Encyclopaedia.

Co-founder of PerLaRe (for the revival of rhetoric) and the Venture Thinking Foundation, he contributes to rethinking workplaces and innovation culture.

Fabio began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in Change Management within Financial Services. He then specialised in finance at KPMG, later directing several training institutions, including the Continuing Education School at Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome.
He entered the corporate welfare and fintech sector, eventually becoming partner at MySarma, an innovative startup delivering welfare plans for SMEs.
Since 2021, he has worked at ELIS Innovation Hub on innovation projects involving corporates, students, and startups.

Full Professor of Business Economics, Chartered Accountant, and Auditor, Professor Ricciardi teaches Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Strategy at the University of Calabria and Suor Orsola Benincasa University.

He is a member of AIDEA and SIDREA and has served on the boards of Campus Biomedico University, the University of Naples Federico II, and CEINGE.

He coordinates the National Observatory of Italian Industrial Districts and co-founded Project Elica for Italy-Netherlands industrial cooperation.

A researcher in Anthropology at the Faculty of Philosophy, Pontifical University of the Holy Cross, Enzo has been leading the Centre for Anthropology and Ethics at IPE Business School since 2018.
Previously, he held research roles in Theology and served as Secretary of the Scientific Committee for DISF (Centre for Science and Faith Dialogue).
An electronics engineering graduate from Politecnico di Milano, he directed RUI Foundation residences and was Head of Training from 2008 to 2012.
He co-edited volumes on formative assessment and science-worldview relations and received the Henri de Lubac International Prize (2018–2019), awarded by the French Embassy to the Holy See.

Senior Manager, HR Transformation & Digitalisation, Mercer Italy
Marco is a Senior Manager in the HR Transformation practice at Mercer Italy, based in Rome. With over 8 years of experience, he has spent more than 5 years at Mercer, managing projects focused on organisational transformation through the optimisation of operating models, people analytics, and individual capabilities. He also oversees project scoping and management for the adoption of new HCM solutions.
During his time at Mercer, he has worked with leading public and private sector organisations. Prior to Mercer, he was a Senior Consultant at EY, specialising in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR), with a particular focus on ICT Strategy.
Marco holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. He is Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified and holds a Project Management certification from ISIPM. Since 2018, he has been a guest lecturer for several major Italian institutions on topics such as HR Transformation and People Analytics.

Antonino Vaccaro is a faculty member in the Department of Business Ethics and the Negotiation Unit at IESE Business School. He also serves as the Academic Director of the Center for Business in Society and leads IESE’s compliance programmes for top executives across Europe, North and Latin America.
He holds a Master’s in Engineering (Politecnico di Milano), a PhD in Engineering and Industrial Management from IST Lisbon with a specialisation in technology manipulation and corporate corruption, and completed two postdoctoral fellowships at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Oxford.
Professor Vaccaro is Section Editor of the Journal of Business Ethics, ranked among the Financial Times' top 50 academic journals. His areas of expertise include compliance, white-collar crime, social innovation, and social entrepreneurship.
His research has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Research Policy, Journal of Management Studies, and Journal of Business Ethics, and has been cited by The Economist and Forbes.
He frequently contributes opinion articles to Il Sole 24 Ore, Expansion, Harvard Deusto Review, and others.
He has led consultancy and applied research projects for European government institutions, the United Nations (Global Compact), and multinational corporations such as Southern Company (USA), Alpiq (Switzerland), Volkswagen Autoeuropa (Portugal and Germany), CNIM (France), Artsana Group (Italy), REWE (Germany), Bayer (Germany), HM Clause (France), Fitò (Spain), and Rijk Zwaan (Netherlands).
Professor Vaccaro has acted as expert witness in over 100 cases involving corruption, white-collar crime, and damage assessment in civil and criminal proceedings across Italy, Spain, Portugal, Africa, and Latin America. He has also collaborated with law enforcement agencies including the Portuguese Judicial Police, Italy’s Guardia di Finanza, and Carabinieri.

She currently leads Employer Branding, Capability Acquisition & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion at Atlantia.
She holds a degree in Communication Sciences and a Master’s in Strategic Human Resources Management.

La scelta di effettuare un Master dopo tanti anni di lavoro nelle risorse umane è nata, oltre che da un desiderio di aggiornamento, anche dalla necessità di un confronto con i colleghi del settore. Aver partecipato al programma Executive in HR Management dell’IPE Business School mi ha permesso di confrontarmi con professionisti del mondo delle Risorse Umane provenienti da prestigiose realtà del territorio campano e non solo.
