Alberto Ribera
Professor of Managing People in Organisations, IESE Business School and Visiting Professor, IPE Business School
A Medical Doctor and PhD in Economics, Alberto Ribera served as Full Professor of Leadership at IESE Business School from 2004 to 2022, teaching in the Master and Executive Education programmes, and was Academic Director of the Coaching Unit. He has delivered courses for organisations including Enel, Ferrero, Banco di Napoli, Telecom Italia, Saint Gobain, Henkel, BBVA, Hewlett Packard, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Shiseido, UNDP and UNICEF. Former Associate Fellow at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, he has lectured in over 20 countries and authored 9 books and more than 30 case studies. From 1999 to 2003, he was Director General of the Euro-Arab Management School, following a 15-year international career with the European Commission and other multilateral institutions, managing projects in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. He serves on the boards of the Institute for University Cooperation (Rome), the Limmat Foundation (Zurich), and IPE Business School (Naples).

Professor of Strategy, Innovation and Sustainability; Author of “Sustainable Business Model Design: 45 Patterns”; Visiting Professor, IPE Business School
Lorenzo Massa is a global expert in strategy, innovation and sustainability. He is Full Professor at Aalborg University Business School and Associate Director at Change Logic (Boston). He is part of the World Economic Forum’s Expert Network and teaches executive education at EPFL, AISTS, ESCP, Frankfurt School of Finance, BBS, IPE and others. His research has been published in top-tier journals such as the Academy of Management Annals and the Oxford Encyclopedia of Business and Management. Co-author of Sustainable Business Model Design: 45 Patterns, he advises international companies across sectors. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Management from IESE Business School.

Professor in Strategy and Sustainability & Deputy Director, UCL School of Management

Professor Paolo Taticchi is an internationally recognised expert in corporate sustainability and performance measurement. He has trained thousands of managers from Fortune Global 500 companies and is a frequent keynote speaker. He has advised major institutions, including the Italian Ministry for Ecological Transition. His work has been featured in over 350 international media outlets. In 2021, Il Sole 24 Ore named him the most influential Italian under 40.

Livio Ferraro

Head of Executive Education, IPE Business School and Fractional General Director

With over 15 years in management consulting (EY, Capgemini, Vodafone), Livio Ferraro currently supports SMEs in their strategic and organisational development. He teaches Leadership, Team Management and Design Thinking at Suor Orsola Benincasa University and Campus Bio-Medico in Rome. He holds an Honours degree in Management Engineering, a PMD from IESE, and a Sales Management Master from Bocconi University.

Antonino Vaccaro
Academic Director, Center for Business in Society; Professor of Business Ethics, IESE Business School
A leading expert in business ethics, compliance and corporate corruption, Prof. Vaccaro holds advanced degrees from Politecnico di Milano, IST Lisbon, Carnegie Mellon University, and Oxford. He serves on editorial boards and collaborates with governments, the UN, and companies like Bayer, Volkswagen, and REWE. He has been an expert witness in over 100 legal cases across Europe, Africa and Latin America.

Academic Director and Full Professor, IEEM Business School (Uruguay)
Professor Sartor is an international expert in digital transformation, decision science and business intelligence. He has led data projects for Descartes Datamyne, founded Latin America's first domestic payroll calculator, and teaches globally. He holds degrees in Informatics and Information Systems and an Executive MBA from IEEM. He is fluent in Spanish, Italian, English, French, and Portuguese.

Pablo Degl’Innocenti
Vice President ESG & Sustainability, Wisdrome Società Benefit
With a PhD in biodiversity conservation and an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi, Pablo has led international development projects in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. He has worked with WorldFish, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and designed sustainability risk assessment tools. He teaches soft skills and sustainability to SMEs and start-ups across Italy.

A researcher in anthropology and ethics, Enzo Arborea holds degrees in electronic engineering and theology. He heads the Centre for Anthropological and Ethical Studies at IPE. He is the recipient of the Henri de Lubac International Award and co-editor of several interdisciplinary publications on science, ethics and education.

Executive Director, AIDAF (Italian Family Business Association)
With a background in social communications, Giovanna has led communication and sustainability roles at L’Oréal, Ferragamo, Louis Vuitton, McArthurGlen, illycaffè, and Davines. She served on the Board of the American School of Milan and currently leads AIDAF and the Regenerative Society Foundation. She is an expert in brand reputation, corporate projects and stakeholder relations.

Teaching Methodology

The Executive Programme in Sustainability Management adopts the case study method as its core learning approach.
